Describe the business, the product or service involved and the step that needs attention. A public website address and a short fictional example are often enough for the first conversation.
Useful starting information
Tell us whether the work concerns a new supplier website, existing product records, an RFQ journey or a staff handoff. Mention the tools your team uses and who will approve the information. If timing matters, explain the event behind it rather than assuming a date is already committed.
Leave out passwords, customer records, financial details and confidential technical files. We can agree an appropriate way to review restricted material later if the scope calls for it.
