Start with a fictional but representative example: a customer needs a product, has an uncertain requirement and wants to know how to continue. Identify where the current exchange loses information or creates unnecessary work.
1. Review the inputs
We discuss the current website, records, document ownership and tools. Share public examples and a description of the issue first. Credentials, personal customer data and confidential drawings belong in a separately agreed secure process when they are needed.
2. Agree a bounded deliverable
The proposal defines the pages or workflow, responsibilities, dependencies and acceptance cases. A product catalogue needs approved records; an integration needs an available interface and suitable accounts. Unresolved matters stay visible instead of being treated as completed preparation.
3. Review and hand over
Private review uses fictional records to exercise the ordinary task and an exception. The business approves product meaning and commercial wording. Release, account ownership and support arrangements are agreed separately, with instructions for the people who will operate the result.
