New runbook / direct contact

Describe how the work moves today, including the parts nobody owns.

Use these cards in a plain email or call. There is no automatic intake or commitment. Do not send credentials, identity documents, customer records, restricted information, or production data during first contact.

Card 01

Incoming work

What starts the queue: a customer request, booking, order, document, message, internal task, or system event?

Card 02

People and outcome

Who is connected to Vietnam, what are they trying to complete, and what observable record proves success?

Card 03

Vietnamese content

Which surfaces need Vietnamese, and who approves diacritics, wording, errors, notifications, generated documents, and support?

Card 04

Current systems

List websites, applications, spreadsheets, chats, inboxes, providers, accounts, integrations, and data that cannot be interrupted.

Card 05

Information ledger

What personal, sensitive, important, business, or technical data moves; who sees it; where it goes; and who owns retention, requests, security, incidents, assessments, or filings?

Card 06

VND and value

Identify service, seller, customer, display and contract currency, provider, bank, invoice and tax owner, fulfilment, refund, and reconciliation.

Card 07

Exceptions

Where do missing information, failed messages, provider outages, delayed approvals, payment mismatches, or operator mistakes wait today?

Card 08

Parties and review

Be ready to establish the client, beneficial owners, end users, end use, technology, destinations, vendors, banks, and any required professional, sanctions, or export review.

Card 09

Acceptance and handoff

Define mobile, Vietnamese, accessibility, data, payment, security, analytics, failure, recovery, documentation, release, incident, and support evidence.

A runbook is a conversation starter, not approval. Faith Forge Labs may request current authoritative evidence, require qualified advice, narrow the scope, or decline work when delivery, data, provider, payment, end-use, screening, or safety conditions cannot be established.
