Operations workbench

Choose the queue that costs the team attention every day.

These are build directions, not evidence of demand, prior clients, or automatic Vietnam feasibility. Each scope begins with the current workflow, users, authority, content, data, providers, transaction, screening, and acceptance proof.

Workbench 01

Mobile intake that becomes owned work

Build a public request, application, booking, or support path that works on a small screen, confirms receipt, and creates an operator item with a status, owner, deadline, and recovery path.

Workbench 02

Vietnamese content with an update owner

Create a service site, knowledge library, directory, or portal where approved Vietnamese copy, diacritics, search, messages, documents, and freshness responsibilities stay connected to the right person.

Workbench 03

Operations console for exceptions

Replace hidden handoffs with a queue for assignments, missing details, approvals, provider delays, failed notifications, payment differences, and escalations. Keep a clear system of record.

Workbench 04

Integration with reconciliation

Connect CRM, identity, files, messages, payments, or reporting using client-owned accounts. Design retries, idempotency, rate limits, provider identifiers, monitoring, and the manual resolution path.

Workbench 05

AI support for the operator

Use retrieval, classification, research, or drafting with explicit sources, access, evaluation, human review, prohibited actions, and fallback. Do not let the model silently decide a consequential case.

Workbench 06

Modernisation without an operating blackout

Inventory the existing application, data, access, vendors, and backups; stabilise the biggest risk; then replace components in bounded releases. Preserve the useful record and a working rollback.

Example: a recoverable request queue

A Vietnam-facing team might begin with one mobile request. The user sees approved Vietnamese or English instructions, provides the minimum information, and receives a reference. The operator can assign, request clarification, record a decision, and close the case. The release tests diacritics, +84 phone handling where relevant, mobile interruption, notice and consent decisions, role access, vendor delivery, analytics, accessibility, retention, and incident routing.

Country conditions remain active: personal and important data, cybersecurity, cross-border access, impact or filing questions, hosting and content, providers, VND transactions, tax, licensing, and screening require current project-specific decisions.
