Do you operate a supplier or factory in Vietnam?

Faith Forge Labs provides website and software development remotely from the United States. This site does not establish a Vietnam office, manufacturing operation or local professional authorisation. Your business supplies and approves its own product and capability information.

Must we replace the existing catalogue?

No automatic replacement is assumed. An assessment can identify whether the difficulty comes from product structure, content, a broken link or a form losing context. Available source access and maintenance constraints determine whether repair or a larger change is justified.

Can a buyer submit an uncertain specification?

A useful workflow can name what is unknown and route it to the right reviewer. Forcing a guessed value into a required field can make an enquiry look more complete than it is. The product specialist decides which information is necessary before a quotation or technical decision.

Does an RFQ acknowledgement accept the order?

It should describe the actual receipt state. Price, suitability, capacity and delivery commitments require the separate business decisions defined by your process. An acknowledgement must not imply those decisions already happened.

Can the form accept drawings?

Upload work needs agreed file types, limits, access, scanning, retention and appropriate data arrangements. A first phase may use document references and a separately reviewed sharing process. Do not attach confidential drawings to the initial public enquiry.

Can the catalogue connect to our order system?

That depends on supported provider operations, suitable accounts and clear record mappings. Product identifiers, units, quote versions and correction rules need explicit review. A successful demonstration does not establish every account feature or permission.

Is this site available in Vietnamese?

Its current material is English. Additional language journeys can be scoped with qualified review of product meaning, documents and messages. We do not create empty counterparts or imply certified translation from a language switch.

Who decides legal and product requirements?

The responsible business and qualified advisers establish applicable requirements. Technical implementation does not certify a product, validate capacity claims or provide legal advice. We implement the approved behaviour within scope.

What happens after delivery?

Editing, account ownership, recurring checks and support are agreed explicitly. Read maintenance and the handover checklist, or contact us with a specific operating question.
